ご予約のキャンセル・変更における規約

ご予約内容の変更もしくはご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、下記方法にて必ずご連絡ください。メール: sgrt3rd@gmail.comお電話： 080-4084-0795（受付時間：10時～17時まで）キャンセルにつきましては、やむを得ない事情を除き、下記の通りキャンセル料を頂戴いたしますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

一般のお客様（1～7名）

前日のキャンセル	ご予約額の50%
当日のキャンセル	ご予約額の100%
無断キャンセル（ご連絡をいただけなかった場合）	ご予約額の100%

お部屋指定の場合は、室料をいただく場合がございます。

団体のお客様（8名以上）

8日前	ご予約額の20%
5日前	ご予約額の40%
3日前	ご予約額の50%
前日	ご予約額の70%
当日	ご予約額の100%

なお、ご予約人数の変更減少の場合は、一般のお客様の場合同様、1名につき前日変更分（50%）、当日変更分（100%）、無断キャンセル（100%）のキャンセル料をいただきます。

その他
悪天候、自然災害、社会的動乱、交通機関の遅延等のやむを得ない事情によるキャンセルは、ご連絡いただいた場合に限り、キャンセル料を免除または減額する場合がございます。証明書等をご提示いただく場合もあります。

Reservation Cancellation & Change Policy

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us using one of the methods below:

Please note that cancellation fees will be charged as outlined below, except in cases of unavoidable circumstances.

For General Customers (1 to 7 people)

Cancellation on the day before	50% of the reserved amount
Cancellation on the day of	100% of the reserved amount
No-show (without prior contact)	100% of the reserved amount

If you have requested a specific room, a separate room charge may apply.

For Group Customers (8 people or more)

8 days before	20% of the reserved amount
5 days before	40% of the reserved amount
3 days before	50% of the reserved amount
1 day before	70% of the reserved amount
On the day	100% of the reserved amount

If the number of participants is reduced, the same cancellation fee as for general customers will apply per person:
50% for changes made the day before
100% for same-day changes
100% for no-shows

Other
If cancellation is due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, natural disasters, social unrest, or transportation delays, the cancellation fee may be waived or reduced only if you contact us in advance. Please note that we may require proof such as official certificates.

除非因不可抗力因素取消，否则我们将按以下规定收取取消费用，敬请理解。

一般客户（1～7人）

前一天取消	预订金额的50%
当天取消	预订金额的100%
无通知取消（未联系）	预订金额的100%

若有指定房间的情况，可能另收取房费。

团体客户（8人以上）

提前8天取消	预订金额的20%
提前5天取消	预订金额的40%
提前3天取消	预订金额的50%
前一天取消	预订金额的70%
当天取消	预订金额的100%

如减少预订人数，也将按照一般客户标准对每位减少人员收取取消费用
前一天变更：收取50%
当天变更：收取100%
未通知变更：收取100%

其他情况
如因恶劣天气、自然灾害、社会动荡或交通延误等不可抗力原因取消，仅在您事先联系的情况下，我们可能会减免取消费用。 可能需要您提供相关证明文件。
